No Guarantee of Employment or Job Offers

Reverse Recruit, LLC offers professional assistance in the job search process, which includes resume enhancement, employer targeting, and job application assistance. However, we do not provide any guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding employment outcomes, interview offers, or job placements. Employment decisions are strictly at the discretion of third-party employers.

Client Responsibility for Information Provided

All information provided to Reverse Recruit, LLC for use in resumes, cover letters, applications, or other job search materials must be true, accurate, and complete to the best of the Client’s knowledge. The Client is fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all submitted information. Reverse Recruit, LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations.

Applications Submitted on Client’s Behalf

In scenarios where Reverse Recruit, LLC submits job applications or communicates with employers on the Client’s behalf, the Client confirms that all submitted information has been reviewed and approved. Reverse Recruit, LLC bears no liability for the content or outcomes of such submissions, and the Client remains responsible for all representations made therein.

Limitation of Liability

Reverse Recruit, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of our services, which includes, but is not limited to, loss of job opportunities, missed communications, or employer decisions. Our services are advisory and administrative and do not constitute legal, financial, or career counseling.

Billing & Service Terms

All services are billed according to our billing terms on a recurring calendar month basis, starting from the date of initial enrollment. Billing will continue monthly unless the Client cancels in writing at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. Please note, no refunds are available for partial months of service or for outcomes resulting from Client inactivity.
